CHECKBOX 1 – Required: Acceptance of Terms

I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the “Soleo Glow” Program. I understand that accepting the Terms and Conditions is a requirement for participation in the Program.

CHECKBOX 2 – Required: Basic GDPR consent

I consent to the processing of my personal data (name and surname or pseudonym, email address, social media profile) by Aroma Trend Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of organizing and conducting the “Soleo Glow” Contest, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Contest.

CHECKBOX 3 – Optional: Image and UGC consent

I consent to the free use by the Administrator of the video/photos submitted by me, as well as my image contained therein, across Soleo brand social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and in Program promotional materials, in Poland and internationally, for a period of 3 years from the end of the Program. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a message to contact@aromatrend.pl – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

I agree to receive marketing information from Aroma Trend Sp. z o.o. regarding the Soleo brand and its products via electronic means (email) and by phone. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting contact@aromatrend.pl.
